Most of us grew up on grains, but as of late, a lot of people are asking the question: Should grains be a part of our diet or not?
It's a topic that first came to my notice as I became more interested in eating an all raw diet. I wondered why it was that most people who eat a completely raw diet do not include grains.
Later, I realized that people following other diets that include cooked food are walking away from grains.
