An update on my personal challenge to eat less.
I have discovered that the key to eating less, is chewing more. This month I have been making a strong effort to eat less. I have been setting out my food before hand and not taking any seconds. It has been a good experience so far. I have been also working on taking my time and chewing more.
The more I chew, the more I get from my food, and the less volume my body seems to require.
A few months ago, a friend told me she has been suffering terribly from indigestion. She was hoping I would have some suggestions for her.
I myself have suffered from digestive problems pretty much my whole life. Chronic indigestion has been part of the issue for years.
