Over the years, I have begun to realize more and more that I don't need as much food as I once thought I needed. Instead, I thrive on less.
That realization is what prompted me first to stop snacking and later to start eating just two meals a day. The two meal plan made a significant difference in my digestion.
Late large suppers and a family rule to "eat everything on the plate" have left me with an unfortunate tendency to overeat. That signal that tells me I've had enough was broken down for a long time.
